Over priced and missed diagnostic test on my truck!! Soo I take my truck in for what I was thinking was a Very easy fix(end up going to another dealer ship paying more xxxx$$for a simple fix) reprogrammi Soo I take my truck in for what I was thinking was a Very easy fix(end up going to another dealer ship paying more xxxx$$for a simple fix) reprogramming my key fob. Well after the dummies perform a diagnostic test on my truck because my truck would not crank up, they tell me I need a new key fob. Okay, how much? They tell me 395.00 plus 100.00 for programming! I immediately say, xxxx no!! And, I'll be to pick up my truck. By now I'm 130.00 in the hole for the diagnostic test. Plus towing 250.00. I call Robert Lohr Chrysler in Cartersville and they were a delight to work with!! Had to pay for towing again from Rome, Ga to Cartersville, Ga. But, after their service with resolving the problem on my truck I kind of calmed down! Still thinking about calling corporate because the entire experience was awful! I'll Never do business with them Again!! More

Unhappy I have never been more disenchanted with a dealership in my life. I’ve waited to respond to this email in hopes that my “mad” would go away. Although Morgan has a great personality, he didn’t have my best interest at heart. He had the dealerships. Let me inform you.... I have an ex-husband that has worked for a dealership for YEARS!!!! I heard all the stories of how they “stuck it” to self paying ppl. My Jeep went in for oil leaks.. over $2,400 out of my pocket to pay for those leaks. It came back to me rattling on the back side of the motor, 4 wheel drive wouldn’t engage, said the bushing from transfer cable was missing, (oddly I hasd it in 4 wheel drive the week before AND that was manipulated while dropping tranny, almost out of gas, tire sensor light on, on the dash and recall lights on dash not reset. Did I take it back and complain??? xxxx NO... that’s just me. I told Morgan that for the money I spent and was screwed out of, he could’ve at least washed the xxxx thing. I am seriously furious with the service department. Dropped the ball on this one. Totally. More

Forgot to fix clock One of the main reasons for the visit was to fix the clock, which they did not do! Still waiting on why!!
