Great service, friendly staff!! I had to take my Jeep wrangler unlimited in for an issue with the door sensor latch that was going off. Todd was very helpful & kept me informed while I was out of town & even held onto my truck 3 days past the time it was fixed. I had mentioned to Todd in conversation, that i was a caregiver for my mom & had quit my job to take care of her full time so couldn't afford some of the other maintenance things at the moment that were due. When I picked up my Jeep, he had it detailed for me because he said I probably didnt have the time & he couldn't be more right. Thank you again for a great service!! I have not been disappointed yet. Good service but I ask for pricing on a set of tires for my truck. The servicemen told me that I will need to come in during my service for a price. Since I called three days earlier, I could have got the tires installed with my first visit, if he would have help me on first call. The following day, I text the servicemen again and decided to go forward with the tires, but I just needed to confirm the price given the day before. he replied..."I WOULD NEED TO CHECK"....I texted back: "ok, please let me know".....It is now the next day with no reply.
