The personnel in the cashier's office was most pleasant and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. Even Michael Allen, the salesperson when I purchased the vehicle spoke with me while I was awaiting service. While I was pleased to receive an email to confirm my appointment date and time. I was disappointed that the young lady not did include her name in the email correspondence. I had no reason to be in the finance office of the dealership during this service appointment. More
