Overall visit was satisfactory Some issues were unresolved i.e. Interior overhead console lighting rarely works properly. The service department told me they examined the lighting and said the bulbs can't be replaced they then asked me if it was aftermarket lightning and I was astonished since the overhead console is built into the roof of the truck. I pulled up a video on YouTube and found out the console has built in lighting and the console must be replaced in order to replace the lights. I have not returned to the dealer a second time, however I intend to return to have the overhead lightning replaced. More
