Worst service experience ever. My first visit the van would not start I thought it might be the battery. They said the engine light was on which is false, they kept the van for about three weeks. They said the head needed replaced because of a misfire, but that was not the issue I took it in for. I picked the van up on a Friday and the next day it would not start same issue. I jumped the car off took it to Goodyear they replaced the battery and the auxiliary battery. Now I have this burning smell in the Cab took it to the Dealership a second time since they worked on the engine, I thought there may be an oil leak. They said the left bank oil control valve leaking and they replaced it. Picked up the van and the burning oil smell is still there. I will not be going back to this dealership for service. The other thing is all dealerships I have been to; they bring your car up to you when you are there to pick it up. At this dealership the Service writer just hands you the keys and says your car is there in the lot. Poor customer service and fabricating issues so they can charge more. It was under warranty but still they replaced parts on the engine and now I have a completely different issue than I took the van in for in the first place. More
AVIOD THE SERVICE CENTER My wife and I had an issue with our van. The van was covered under a warranty and was taken there because the warranty company required a Chrysler dealership to work on the vehicle. our van. The van was covered under a warranty and was taken there because the warranty company required a Chrysler dealership to work on the vehicle. Upon arriving in December 1924, I was greeted by Sean who was cordial and nice Sean was the Service advisor who handled speaking with me as the customer I gave him the warranty information expecting a timely repair. The repair was anything but timely for 10 days. The vehicle sat after the first time they had called my warranty company until I had to call them to find out what was going on after that. I was on the phone with the dealership at least once a week as they continue to make excuses about the repair. I do understand that you are working with a customer and a warranty company simultaneously but to drag a repair out for one month and 11 days in total just so that you can get your end of month numbers looking good is poor customer service. And the transparency is also lacking, considering the fact that they tried to overcharge me past the warranty, premium, expecting me not to pay attention to the overcharge and just pay it however, when I was there to pick the vehicle up and was looking over the charges, I noted it at this time. Sean was not at the business. His manager was Greg when I called Greg out on the overcharge he looked almost in shock at the fact that I had caught it immediately took me in the office and made excuses up trying to blame Sean who was not even there for the extra fees added on. For a manager to do that to A employee is just sad in my opinion. More

Bought a warranty there and had my issue looked at more than 4 times and still no resolution, now the warranty will expire. A disgusting company through and through, being backed up by their service managers laughing in your face for defending yourself against their policies designed to keep you from getting the service you need. Sold me a ford and then telling me they don't know how to work on ford's yet I'm required to service the Ford at greenway. Make it make sense. More

I took my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a Tune up. Never questioned price. I was quoted just under $700.00. I got Jeep back and Greg said he was not going to change the coil pack because it was good I Never questioned price. I was quoted just under $700.00. I got Jeep back and Greg said he was not going to change the coil pack because it was good I had 151,000. Engine light came back on. Greg got it back and then said the coil pack was the issue. I had already paid $768.00. I let him change the coil pack and paid $147.00. Got it back and a week later the same Miss fire on Cylinder 1 came on and I ask did you guys change out the plug wires and I was told they didn't need to be changed. I text and called 3 to 4 times and got no response to getting me back in to change the plug wires that should have been completed with the tune up. I had them changed and it has fixed my problem. I sent a message to the guy I was working with and he replied Awesome. Bottom line is a tune up comes with all the parts listed and I was charged over 850.00 for a tune up. You want have to worry about doing that again. All i wanted is for these guys to do what they said they were doing. OVER PRICED TUNE UP More
