First car buyer NEVER go to this dealership! Especially not alone if you're a woman. Not only was the sales guy super pushy and aggressive, I felt as a whole he didn' NEVER go to this dealership! I called there 2 hours before I made the drive and we did a test drive on E! That should've been red flag #1. The finance woman I worked with told me they would drive my old car back, NOT my sales guy Jason. I had to ask for gas (car I bought was on E) and for my car to be detailed again. That's only the tip of the iceberg. The car didn't have freaking tire caps and was saying low tire pressure. I find this funny seeing how they added a $700 shop bill to the price of the vehicle not included in the internet price. When I asked for the itemized work order they give me the run around. Another funny thing, went to use my keyless-n-go and guess what "damaged key" across my dash. I called there at 9am and didn't get a call back until 4:40pm after I had called a few times. The salesman, Reed Turner, was friendly and efficient and I think he is a great salesperson. The problems were in the department that handled the money. I traded in a vehicle which I still owed on. (More than it was worth) I gave Anniston Chrysler Dodge Jeep a cashiers check for $20,000 that covered the payoff on the trade in, and the down payment on the new vehicle. After a week or two, I noticed that the finance company still had no record of the trade-in vehicle being paid off. We called the dealership and spoke to Barbara who explained that due to an oversight, the payment had not yet been made. No big deal, we said OK and thought that was the end of the issue. Then we started getting calls from the finance company saying that our payment was past due and it was going to affect our credit negatively if the payment wasn't made. We called the dealership back and got the run around. No one seemed to know why the finance company hadn't been paid yet. Finally, we had to make a call to the dealership with the finance company on the line. We again spoke to Barbara, who didn't realize that the finance company was on the line. She stated that it was taken care of and the finance company would be getting the money the next day. The finance company representative that was on the other line had no record of any such arrangement. I'm just wondering how Anniston Chrysler Jeep Dodge managed to "misplace" almost $14,000 for an entire month. I was planning on purchasing another vehicle in the very near future, but will definitely NOT be going back to this dealership EVER again. More

This dealership is greatly lacking in customer service.
