Hi George. You already had an opportunity to rectify this, and save me the hassle I had to go through. As soon as I heard your bullying response that only cared that I wrote a review, I immediately did everything I could to liberate my property from yours and your employee's hands. In the end it worked out great, as Alfa Romeo of Central Florida got a sweet trade-in with only 18k on it. I got a beautiful new Gulia in Rosso Red. It was ridiculous. I would suggest training your service appointment call center a little better. I think theyre the only ones who screwed up. Everyone from tow truck drivers to everyone I know who isnt the one guy who thinks your dealership is great, says this is pretty standard. Im just happy that my problems were just your dealership and that I can still drive Alfa Romeos with a bit of piece of mind.
