Absolutely TERRIBLE service. We worked with Andrew Davis and Flavio Restrepo and the service was absolutely terrible. Both were very snobby. They were extremely pushy and rude about two other cars but we found a car we wanted the car so we eventually bought it. We were happy with the car, but we called Andrew to ask a few questions and he never picked up the phone. We called both the dealership and his personal number. When we called the dealership, we were on hold for 20 minutes without explanation as if they did not have time for us. Two weeks later, the finance department contacted us asking for either another $2000 or to increase the monthly payments by $50, which was NOT what we signed for. Why would you sell us a car for one price and then ask for more money?! Absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT buy from here. More

From the moment I met Aaron I could tell he was honest and truly wanted to find the vehicle that I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. I spent a few hours test driving multiple trucks until he found the one that matched exactly what I wanted. He was very patient with me and answered all 56 million questions I asked. However, time goes fast and I wanred to take a look on ghe new Jeep Cherokees. Being the closest dealer in my zone, i stoped by and was greeted by Mr. Hiram Gonzalez, the sales person. Cant describe our interaction; friendly, courteous,, customer oriented in all aspects. No pressure, exceptional knowledge on the product abd he was able to erased that previous experience.
