As soon as I drove up to the service department there was a clearly marked lane to drive into for quick service like oil changes and such. When I pulled into the quick service lane i was quickly greeted by P a clearly marked lane to drive into for quick service like oil changes and such. When I pulled into the quick service lane i was quickly greeted by Penni. She told me up front what the price would be for my oil change so there were no surprises when I went to pay. While my car was in service she made a point to notify me of the progress and some other issues that I may soon need to take care of on my car.
