This was all done in approximately 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. I set in there very confortable waiting room and watched the florida state game and drank their Barnes Coffee. It seemed the car was ready in no time. The price was good on the tires and i know there were installed correctly. One tire had a bad low air sensor and it was repaired or replaced. This dealership is the WORST I've ever been to. It's been 2 months since I bought my used Jeep and I have yet to receive my tag. Chris, our salesman was a nice guy, however was quickly over powered by the "top salesman" ( I forgot his name ) who was pushy and rude to my husband & i. We had no intentions of coming back, but the price was too good to pass up. Now, I wish we would have paid extra, maybe we'd be satisfied with our new vehicle and not have the problems that we're having now getting ahold of someone! I have been hung up on when calling, the receptionists are rude & need to be fired. My husband mis military, US Army- and you would think we would have been treated better than how we're being treated, but of course not! I do NOT recommend anyone who would like to keep their sanity to come to this dealership! More
I have bought three cars from Greenway(one when it was McInerny). I would have bought my fourth car in 1993, but could not get the price I wanted. I made two visits to Greenway Jeep. The first was to simply get feature and pricing information for 2010/2011 Wranglers. The second to test drive and purchase. Ben Carson and Craig Kennedy were both extremely friendly and very knowledgable. I felt comfortable there as the atmosphere was relaxed and both Ben and Craig were willing to take the time to answer all my questions with no pressure, even on my first visit when I made it clear that I was not ready to purchase. The facility is also very nice and they have a large selection. Although it wasn't necessary in my case, they will try to locate a vehicle at another dealer if they don't have exactly what you are looking for. They also offer a variety of customization options through a partnership with another company. I have never enjoyed visiting car dealerships but at Greenway I did. I was able to feel excited about the process of purchasing without the hassle and anxiety that are usually associated with negotiating for a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Greenway to anyone considering a purchase and Ben and Craig specifically to those interested in a Wrangler. More
I got a call early Thursday morning from a sales associate whom I had recently spoken with about purchasing a new vehicle. He called to inform that a used 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer was for sale and he associate whom I had recently spoken with about purchasing a new vehicle. He called to inform that a used 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer was for sale and he continued to offer me the opportunity to come in to the dealership and check out the car firsthand. When I got to the dealership I was welcomed by a very cheery and professional associate by the name of Joe Pac. I must admit, I was a bit nervous going into a dealership by myself because I know that salespeople are very intimidating. However, Joe made my experience a great one, one that I could recommend to any prospective car buyer. He's also a bit of a joker, which made me feel really comfortable, and that's always good. He was very knowledgeable about all the questions I threw at him: Mileage, History Report, Features, Price, etc. I was obviously interested in buying so the next step was the financing and paperwork, things I thought were confusing and time consuming. Once again, Joe proved me wrong as he explained everything to me with such ease. Cars will be cars, but a caring salesman is hard to come by. Most look after their bottom line and forget that customer service should always be their number 1 priority. Joe certainly knows how to treat his customers. After reading what I wrote, It sounds like I like the salesman more than the car itself! haha, but in all honesty, My overall experience at Greenway was great! I got a beautiful car, at the right monthly payments, and in it came with a sunroof! WOOH HOO! Thanks Mr. Pac for all of your help and I know that you'll do great things for more people! I had a company recall for K-17 for my Dodge RAM 1500 2010 Model. On 8th Oct. I went in and ordered the parts. For 2 weeks nobody called me about the parts being in. On 20th Oct., I called in again and t 2010 Model. On 8th Oct. I went in and ordered the parts. For 2 weeks nobody called me about the parts being in. On 20th Oct., I called in again and talked with Service Rep. Morgan Dryer. She talked with me and after getting all information promised to call me back aftyer checking the status of my truck VAC parts. She did call me and informed that parts are in and scheduled me to come in for recall part replacement. I I went in a day ahead and she greeted me with positive response and got the job done. After returning home I have noticed that somehow the cup holder under the dash are a little hard to push in. I will stopby somwetime to get it checked out.
