Instantly we were greeted and paired up with our car salesman named Joe Pac. He, unlike our other salesman was very excitable and friendly. We instantly liked him and that is hard to say about many people in his position. I did not get a money hungry feeling from him at all. I could tell that he wanted to succeed and supply the upmost customer service he could, which he did. I have even become Facebook friends with him and he has called up about four times to see if he could service us any further. This type of service is hardly seen anymore. I also received a very nice thank you note from him today (10/12/10) and decided to write a review about him. I went to Greenway looking for a new vehicle. Joe Pac was great! It was late and we had to rush around a little. I believe we stayed past closing and The mgr and Joe seemed not at all rushed. He ownes the same truck as I purchased and has called me 3 times after the sale! I am normally a nissan guy. For many years too!!! Now I drive a dodge! Dropped car of at 7:00 am without appointment for oil, lube and filter and to check for coolant leak. Advised of a few maintainence issues and had brakes checked and adjusted. This is my second Dodge Charger and I love it. I found the charger online after searching area dealerships and it had exactly what I was looking for in another charger.
