I have purchased 6 vehicles from Erik over the past nine years, starting at Southside Dodge in Kissimmee, and following him up to Greenway. I keep coming back to him because, unlike most car sales people, he actually listens to what you need and want. He then reccomends a vehicle that suits my (or my family's) needs. For my latest vehicle, I came in thinking I wanted a Charger. After talking to me for a few minutes, he reccomended a Chrysler Town and Country. He did not "push" it on me, but reccomended it, based on what I said I needed in a vehicle. He then showed my why it suited my needs better then a Charger. He offered to let me drive both, and as usual, he had my best intrests in mind. I bought a minivan that was 2,000 less then the Charger I thought I wanted. He could have been a typical sales person and just take a quick easy sale, but he looked out for me. This is why I keep going back to Erik. In addition, when I have a question or problem Erik is always there for me. He even gave my son some advice last year on a vehicle he was purchasing in Texas (knowing full well he was not going to get a sale). I bought my vehicle (and a couple others)from Greenway, always had them serviced there; Don is the best service advisor I have ever had the privlage to do business with. My sales team was on their "A" game the whole time...I mean, the sales guy even hand waxed my new vehicle, because nobody was around to do it at the time of purchase. They were not certified dealers and I could tell from my visit that customer service was not a priority. Ben made my Jeep buying experience easy. I negotiated the APR,fair market value for my trade and pricing for the new jeep before ever making the 100 mile roundtrip to greenway. I gave Ben a description of my dream Jeep including every option and the after market modification. I still odnt know how but he found me a jeep that matched the exact description. I arranged for the modification to be performed by Patrick Booyd from Dealership Customizing Consultants, INC (DCC) Patrick performed a suspension lift, step bars and wheel/ tire package that exceeded my expectations. Both Patrick and Ben not only met my expectation but exceeded them. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep everything was as we discussed over the phone, no hidden surprises. Even the financing person was excellent! I can easily recommend Greenway Dodge and DCC. Thanks guys! More
