Mr. Conrad, My name is Carlos Diaz and I purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler. I was at your dealership on 3/25/10 late at night and Ron Griffin insisted we take delivery that night. We waited and did all of the initial paperwork and then we were told the hard top could not be installed until the following day. We made an appointment for 12:30 on Friday the 26th. When we arrive we were told they did not have the wiring harness and it would be Saturday before they can complete it. I asked when Saturday as we had plans for Saturday afternoon. I was told I would receive a call first thing Saturday morning as they would get on it first thing. Saturday at 10 am I called into the dealer. Ron stated he would have to check with service. At 11:10, I called back but was told Ron was unavailable so I asked for the new car sales manager. 2 minutes later Ron called me back and stated it would be 2pm before it would be ready. I started to explain the conversation we had and how I was very upset. He started to obviously show signs he was not in the mood to deal with an upset customer and stated if I wasn't happy he would have Tammy deal with it (she started the deal but was out when I was able to make it back in). I stated to have his manager give me a call not Tammy and he said fine and just hung up. The above is from an email sent directly to Conrad. Since that time, I have picked up the Jeep with the hardtop. Your sales director Shaun came out and apologized and helped talk me off of the ledge a little. One thing I ma very upset still about (other than the treatment I received form your sales person) is running boards. I inquired about having running boards installed when Craig Kennedy explained it would be $450. I asked if he would od anything on the price since we were already being put out of our way. At that time, I probably would have taken a 10% discount and felt like a win. Instead I got a price quote of $450 (272 for the running boards and 180 for
