Hello George - thanks for your response. At this time I am still waiting on a part and it looks like the parts department can only tell me that it is not in but can't extend much more information. It would be helpful if they would advise of a eta and not feel like I am bothering them on the phone. The lady I spoke to today at 7/17 at 2:20pm sounded annoyed for taking the call and sounded like she was chewing gum. I truly cannot wait for this warranty part to come in and be repaired so I do not have to deal with this unprofessional team you have that has no customer service.
