"I have just spent the WORST time on the phone getting..."

I have just spent the WORST time on the phone getting service all day today. I called the main line this morning at 9:30am and selected service - waited over 25 minutes to speak to someone - then to get transferred again so some lady in parts that took my call, put me on hold to yell at someone about billing. Completely ridiculous. I was NOT going to sit on the phone to hear her yelling at someone, then to expect good service from her. Every 2 hours during my work day I kept on taking a moment to call with endless ringing and no response. The Poor receptionist kept taking my calls over 30 to just transfer me to the service line again with no luck. Obviously - today contacting your department was a disaster for such a simple task of checking on a order status and trying to schedule that part to be installed. My second car purchase here - I used to have such confidence in this dealership with Teeko in 2018. Now in 2020 I have had a previous experience of being interested in a new car and getting left in the showroom forgotten by the sales person a few months ago and Now today being ignored in service. Very sad When Got my cars at Greeneway Teeko car my sales person spoke so highly of the dealership, now today to message me that sales has nothing to do with service. At this time i just need help to finish out this last service and not return again. The social media team messaged me that they had a Broken AC, no other manager on site as To help as George Valle as he was out, the system was up and down with over 100 cars in service. Because of those circumstances they could not alert the receptionist in sales that calls are not being answered and to call another day and even update the service message that they are not able to provide service due to unprecedented circumstances. Hello George - thanks for your response. At this time I am still waiting on a part and it looks like the parts department can only tell me that it is not in but can't extend much more information. It would be helpful if they would advise of a eta and not feel like I am bothering them on the phone. The lady I spoke to today at 7/17 at 2:20pm sounded annoyed for taking the call and sounded like she was chewing gum. I truly cannot wait for this warranty part to come in and be repaired so I do not have to deal with this unprofessional team you have that has no customer service.

"Looking out for profit, not for you"

While I typically trust the dealership service center to be upfront with my vehicle's true needs, it is evident upon providing service recommendations that this service center pushes for pure profit of services. My last two visits here were to replace faulty ABS sensors, both visits coming to 2 very different service totals despite having the same vehicle, same work, same service advisor, same replacement parts, and same labor rate. I suppose the $50 "miscellaneous shop charge" to "use their tools, vehicle lifts, etc." and "Part #52125003AD Wheel Sensor" goes up in price over just a few weeks, right? To add, the service center recommended that I replace "currently working" sensors to “play it safe” in order to triple my bill, and urged to replace my rear brakes and rotors despite the multi-point inspection showing these to be in the "green - OK." These service recommendations were amongst other superfluous "flushings" that would put my bill at over $2K despite the NEEDED service being ~$300. Proud to be a Jeep owner but honestly, very disappointed with this service center.

"3 months for repairs"

We dropped my sons car off in October for for some collision repairs. He was attending college in Florida and this was the first time I had to deal with a car repair in a different state. First, they insisted we sign a legal waiver (I never had to do this for any car repair in my lifetime) but apparently Florida is different. The repair was covered by insurance but I told the guy to order whatever he needed and that I would cover anything that insurance wouldn’t. Apparently they couldn’t do that either. I gave up arguing with service rep and called the general manager after 2 months of excuses. He had one of his managers call me back to tell me that other customers are in the queue and that they wouldn’t have my sons call done so that he could drive home to Maryland for Christmas. I had to buy a $700 plane ticket. It still took them another month to finish. I have never seen such an incompetent operation. Do not expect any level of customer service from this organization.

"new oil leak after servive"

I took my 2013 Chrysler T & C in for an oil change. When I left, I had an oil leak. I took it back to the service department. The said there was an oil leak around the oil filter. They said that there were three O-rings around the bottom of the filter housing that go bad. When I took my car in there was not leak, now I have oil leaking on the ground under my car. They could fix it but there would be a cost. I do not believe in coincidences. The leak start immediately after service and I received no help with a problem the service department created. C16572 After I submitted my concerns, the Service Manage, George, wrote that I should call him. So I tried to call him to discuss the instant leak. Over a seven business-day period, I left a message five times. Two were voice mails, and three were contacts with someone from the service department. They promised he would call me back. He didn't! I now have a car with a very heavy leak and no one to turn to. (updated 1/20/20)

"Typical Service Department Hustle Along with Long Waits"

I waited at the dealership for over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, after being told it would take 90 minutes. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and if I would have agreed to everything the rep said my truck needed, I would have ended up paying over $600. This is for a truck that is less than a year old with drastically lower mileage than average. No thanks, I'll take my vehicle(s) elsewhere.

After being very unhappy with the service department where I recently purchased my Jeep, I went looking for another dealer to service my vehicle. I am glad I ended up at Greenway. Henry, the service representative I dealt with went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure my Jeep is in perfect working order. Henry went so far as to ensure that I receive the free oil changes my vehicle is entitled to. After my terrible experience at the dealer where I purchase my car, Greenway restored my faith in car dealers.
