Im writing you this, before I also post it on social media sites. I find it very unprofessional that as a customer, with a vehicle in for service, that the ONLY PERSON, who has any info about my vehicle is my advisor. Who is usually busy with a plethora of others coming in to the dealership. Your front line of phone people in the service department have NO INFORMATION about vehicles and what is going on with them. Why bother having them on the phones then? Its ridiculous. My vehicle has been there since last Friday and I have no more info than I did when i left there and had to get a rental vehicle at the end of the day. Unacceptable... My actual advisor, Micah, was very helpful during the process but again, he seems to be overwhelmed with things as do all the advisors so the fact that they aren't available when someone calls in is nuts to me. ...p.s. I still have no idea when my vehicle will be done or what is going on with it.
