While I typically trust the dealership service center to be upfront with my vehicle's true needs, it is evident upon providing service recommendations that this service center pushes for pure profit of services.
My last two visits here were to replace faulty ABS sensors, both visits coming to 2 very different service totals despite having the same vehicle, same work, same service advisor, same replacement parts, and same labor rate. I suppose the $50 "miscellaneous shop charge" to "use their tools, vehicle lifts, etc." and "Part #52125003AD Wheel Sensor" goes up in price over just a few weeks, right?
To add, the service center recommended that I replace "currently working" sensors to “play it safe” in order to triple my bill, and urged to replace my rear brakes and rotors despite the multi-point inspection showing these to be in the "green - OK." These service recommendations were amongst other superfluous "flushings" that would put my bill at over $2K despite the NEEDED service being ~$300.
Proud to be a Jeep owner but honestly, very disappointed with this service center.
