"Service rep hung up on me"

My sales experience here was really good. 39k miles in (3k over warranty) a bolt snapped off that was holding the idler pulley on. The broken bolt lead to the idler pulley snapping. With that missing the main belt comes off and you can't drive it anymore. This isn't a wear and tear part. It broke because it was defective. I contacted them and once they determined it was out of warranty they informed me they couldn't fix it for free. So far their response was expected. I started to nicely make my case about how this was due to defective materials and how using a few miles over warranty to avoid fixing it would make the difference in me buying a Dodge again, and the service rep hung up on me. So instead of the good impression I had when I bought, I'll never go there again. Not buying Dodge again either. Sold me a cheap product and won't take responsibility for defective products.

I called the service manager at the number shown. The person who answered indicated he was George Uvalle, but we had a definite language barrier problem and many of his responses to my comments indicated he probably was not understanding much of what i said. No offense to George. He is probably a nice guy and knows what he's doing, but this is not the experience you want an irritated customer to have when you invite them to work towards resolving an issue. George tried to give me the number to a person he said would take care of me. He gave me a 12 digit phone number. As I tried to resolve which 10 of those 12 I needed, we got disconnected. I believe this was an accident this time since I could hear him moving the phone around while trying to confirm the number. I didn't have time to keep working on it at that point. But this is twice now where a phone call was diconnected between Greenway and I, where the rep I was talking to confirmed they had my number but failed to call back when disconnected. Ironically, their sales dept has contacted me numerous times by phone (at 2 of my numbers), text, and email, trying to sell me a new vehicle. One of them keeps sending email, that I have responded to twice. It is obvious in each new email that my previous emails were not read. Pretty sure the emails are on autopilot and nobody is checking them. Which is odd since they have worked to make them personable and invite you to respond. I guess Jared is really busy. My car is still broken. It turns out that the broken bolt (which should not have broken) is in a position that is very difficult to get out without lifting or dropping the engine. I'm hoping Greenway has the tools needed to work around this design flaw.

"Service department is incompetent "

The service on my vehicle for the lights have been a disaster! I’ve had to go to the dealership about 4 times to get the headlights fixed that have been done by a tech who don’t know what the xxxx is he doing!! Completely incompetent and Bryan the manager needs to hold him and Stanley accountable. I will tell people about my experience with you guys so they can take thier Jeeps elsewhere Juan Osorio

"Don't Go Here For Service "

Don't go here for service. The service advisor mislead us on a warranty repair as to what needed to be replaced and further stated that it was all billable. I asked to speak with the service manager but they are too busy to come out. The general manager is also unavailable ALL OF THE TIME. I gave up waiting and called but they are also too busy to take the phone calls or return my calls. I finally reached an assistant service manager who seamed eager to look into the issue and wanted pictures and an explanation. After sending him the detail, he too has been to busy to contact me and is NEVER available. Lesson learned, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE.

"Service Department needs major customer service over"

I agree with JPJEEP 2019 that NOONE ever knows whats going on and I JUST bought my vehicle 2 weeks ago and had it in for service. The service manager had no interest in assisting me at all. When you call forget it they never answer and my adviser he is just a youngster who really didn't care about helping me. The ONLY person who was of any help was David and (unfortunately for me he went on vacation much needed im sure) and he was ok. Please take a look at your service department it does need help!!

"Service Department needs major customer service overhaul"

Im writing you this, before I also post it on social media sites. I find it very unprofessional that as a customer, with a vehicle in for service, that the ONLY PERSON, who has any info about my vehicle is my advisor. Who is usually busy with a plethora of others coming in to the dealership. Your front line of phone people in the service department have NO INFORMATION about vehicles and what is going on with them. Why bother having them on the phones then? Its ridiculous. My vehicle has been there since last Friday and I have no more info than I did when i left there and had to get a rental vehicle at the end of the day. Unacceptable... My actual advisor, Micah, was very helpful during the process but again, he seems to be overwhelmed with things as do all the advisors so the fact that they aren't available when someone calls in is nuts to me. ...p.s. I still have no idea when my vehicle will be done or what is going on with it.
