Many problems with service center. Keep having to bring back car. They tell me they have the parts then after booking appointment and sitting there for hour or two to tell me they dont Keep having to bring back car. This has happened 3 times for one problem then 2 times for another problem. They say one thing and change it later. One time I was told front alignment was off I said maybe later. Next time brought in I was told alignment was good. I had not done any front end alignment. So I guess it fixed itself. Glad I did not pay for it when they told me it was off the first time. More

Staff is minimally communicative and waits are unrealistically long. I dropped my vehicle off to be serviced for two items. It took 4 days just to get an estimate. The work was supposed to take 24 unrealistically long. I dropped my vehicle off to be serviced for two items. It took 4 days just to get an estimate. The work was supposed to take 24-48 hours to complete. Because this problem ran over into the weekend, I couldn’t pick up my vehicle until the following week, leaving me without a car for 7 days. I was also very frustrated calling daily, and sometimes several times in a day, to receive an update. I ran into similar frustrations a few months ago when a check engine light came on. I did not use to have this problem with this dealership. They used to be very fast and very responsive. So far, the quality of the work seems to be holding up. More
