Greenway was the AAA internet no haggle dealer I used to by my truck and it was fast, friendly and as pain free vehicle buying experience I've ever had in 40 plus years of buying cars. My salesman , Atef Soliman, was responsive to my calls and needs and is a very pleasant person to work with...not your typical car salesman!!! I told him what vehicle I wanted and that it was at a dealership 40 miles north of here. He called me back a few hours later and told me he had obtained the vehicle and that it was on the Greenway lot to be seen. I went out the next morning and he came in on his DAY OFF and we concluded a deal which included a trade in and financing and I drove it home in less than 2 hours. You just can't beat that kind of service. So you can consider me a very satisfied Greenway customer...I can only hope the service department is as pleasant to work with when needed. More

Service people on diesel trucks stuck me for over $2500.00 when all I needed was fuel injector cleaner $20.00. Senior diesel mechanic is clueless, never take any truck there, he forgot to bolt down g $2500.00 when all I needed was fuel injector cleaner $20.00. I have bought 2 cars and one truck from Greenway it has been a great pleaseure to be with the sales crew and service crew. I first of all want to think Colleen Beach for going above and beyond anything I expected from a customer service representative at a dealership. Not only did she take her time to help me, and answer an above and beyond anything I expected from a customer service representative at a dealership. Not only did she take her time to help me, and answer any questions I had, but she also called me countless times to make sure that I was satisfied, and that I had no other questions. It was funny because she told me that I hope she wasn't annoying me because she kept calling me, and I laughed and told her that I wasn't annoyed at all, but that I was so impressed with her professionalism, and service she was offering me. She's a amazing employee you don't get many people like that anymore now in day's give her a raise. Now Scott also was amazing. I'm telling you what a great experience so I took my car to get checked because it was making a clanking sound, and I had a idea of what it was, but wasn't 100% sure so Scott called a few of his mechanics and was able to pinpoint the issue within seconds. Now remember I was just here for a check up so I waited in the waiting area for my car to be fixed, and just another praise the waiting room at the service area is great there's tv's everywhere and a bunch of vending machines that take card's that's awesome seeing that most people don't carry change anymore that's very convenient, but back to the review so about a hour goes by. This is where it get's good Scott comes back and says alrighty David your ready to go we fixed the car. I was like ok so what's wrong with it and he say's nothing we fixed it. Ummm what does that mean. Well they went ahead and repaired my catalytic converter and had me on the road in about a hour I was shocked. Greenway you guy's rock that's all I can say. THANK YOU so much for going above and beyond anything I ever expected!!! More
