Greenway Ford

Went to Greenway Ford and was somewhat apprehensive - heard some "stories" about a woman going for car service (they see you coming, they will overcharge a woman because she doen't understand car prob heard some "stories" about a woman going for car service (they see you coming, they will overcharge a woman because she doen't understand car problems, in just plain words {they will rip you off}. Well, my experience was entirely different - was explained as to what the diagnosis indicated, what the cost would be and what the conquences would be if service were not rendered. I hope that the repairs made will prove to be as great as the experience with your service representative - TERRY BENNETT - was. I cannot begin to tell you that if all service personnel were as thorough as Terry, there would be no customer service complaints. I had previously checked out through a parts store diagnostic service and if I had purchased the parts indicated, I would have continued to have had trouble with the van in addition to purchasing unnecessary parts. I had been a pesonnel manager in my working years and individuals of Terry's manners and honesty were hard to find. He deserves a nice substantial raise. Thanks again, Terry, for your honesty. I have been to Greenway Ford many times now for Service, I'm all about customer service. It makes of break everything for me. I love the variety of cars and the pricing there's no doubt about that I've trad I'm all about customer service. It makes of break everything for me. The problem is the Customer Service when I go to get Service. Rick has been a great advisor and a huge help. He's actually the reason why I came back a few more times. It's just the environment, I've been ignored once I see cellphones and just so much more I could name it's not the best area to be in when your a customer. More

For a vehicle I was exporting to Canada, I needed to have daytime running lights. After some internet searching I found the vehicle just needed to have the DRL enabled. I contacted several dealers and all daytime running lights. After some internet searching I found the vehicle just needed to have the DRL enabled. I contacted several dealers and all said I would have to add a DRL module. I disagreed. I called Greenway and spoke to Kevin (have had service though him a few times) and he did the research first and came back to confirm they could be enabled.
