This was my first experience at Greenway Ford. However, with my recent experience it will not be my last. The moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcomed. He was very knowledgeable and confident of the Ford product especially the Ford Focus that I ended up purchasing. Because of how I was treated, I definately will be purchasing my next car from Greenway Ford. More

I bought two 100,000 thousand mile tires from Greenway two years and 40,000 thousand miles ago. The cords in one of the tires has started to separate and needs to be replaced. They looked at the tire and had no clue why it was wearing the way that it was. The tire is still under the manufactures warranty. Greenway tried to sell me a tire instead of honoring the warranty. I told them I wasn’t buying a tire. They took my name and contact information. I was told I would get a phone the next day with more information on how this would be handled. The following Monday I still had not heard from Greenway. I called and was told they contacted the tire manufacturer and there was nothing they could do for me other than to sell me a tire. I called the tire manufacturer that same day. The representatives told me no one from Greenway had called them, and that the tire had to be inspected before any determination could be made. More

I went in looking for a car off their website that they told me was already sold without even checking. I asked them to check while we were in the lot and he came back telling me it was sold as he handed m told me was already sold without even checking. Five days after purchasing a car from Greenway I get an email from one of their sales managers asking me if I was interested in a car... the same car that I was told had been sold! There were many other shortfalls by this dealership including promising to get a smell out of my car which they did not, failing to offer me their 6 months of SIRIUS satellite radio which I only found out they offered when the manager emailed about the supposedly "sold" car, and when confronted with these issues they chose to never respond to me I guess hoping to sweep it under the rug. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the very next day got a call from Greenway offering to A) take the smell out of the car and B) offering me 3 months of SIRIUS. Um A)its too late for that and B) how insulting to offer me LESS than the email offered AFTER the fact that I had been neglected. They tried to tell me that my trade-in was only worth $1000 and they could MAYBE sell it for $1500, probably taking a loss in the long run. Finally they gave me the $4500 that it was worth when I called them out on being filthy liars and that I knew what it was worth. They have tried to indirectly blame me for overreacting because they told me the car was sold and the internet manager that emailed me the car was simply careless when he emailed me the car. They tried throwing me and their own people under the bus at the same time. Classless. This dealership is full of liars who don't give a damn about customer service. More

My experience and time spent to have a battery replaced was absolutely horrible. All I needed was a new battery for my wife's 2008 Ford Fusion. It started with a phone call at 702 am to Gloria, a service r was absolutely horrible. All I needed was a new battery for my wife's 2008 Ford Fusion. It started with a phone call at 702 am to Gloria, a service representative. She quoted me a price of 89.99 (w/installation) for a 85 mo. Battery, 2 years additional replacement and tow service. I arrive at 825 am, spoke to Carlos and request the 89.99 battery. He tells me there is no such price with the above corresponding warranty as quoted by Gloria. And that it would cost me 109.99 (bait and switch). I even call Gloria back and hand Carlos the phone so he can hear the offer from her (they work for the same dealership). Carlos tells me he has no such battery. He talks to his supervisor, Richard; and confirms no such battery. No I'm at the dealership for over 45 mins and still no help. I now wait for Richard to get off a phone call and talk to him. He again advises no such battery with warranty and that it would be 109.99. He finally calls the service representative in another dept, who then tells him there is an offer on that battery. I am now even more confused and now it is 930. Im not looking to make money on a battery, just what was told to me. I drive further away just to get to this dealership. They spoke with Gloria, even if the 89.99 battery did not exist, just discount the 109.99 battery and save a customer over an hour of agravation. Absolutely NO customer service, discretion,or common sense. Disappointed. And by the way it is 10am, I am still waiting, and no simple apology! More

When I needed service on my 2007 Mustang purchased from Carmax with the warranty, I was not able to get an appointment at Carmax for three days; so I decided to try Greenway Ford even though it meant payin Carmax with the warranty, I was not able to get an appointment at Carmax for three days; so I decided to try Greenway Ford even though it meant paying a higher deductible on my warranty.When I called a very nice customer service representative got me an appointment right away and patiently gave me directions. I was met by two friendly and helpful employees when I pulled up to the service area who directed me to Kevin Swata my advisor. Kevin was patient and polite as he listened to my description of the issues with my Mustang. He then explained my options and cost associated with my warranty. After the diagnosis Kevin explained what repair was needed and the cost I would be responsible for and the rental car approval. From my initial phone call for an appointment to the on-time completion of my repairs Greenway Ford had excellent customer service. Kevin Swata and Greenway Ford made my car repair a pleasant experience. More

I was absolutely taken back by the level of service I received from these fine folks at Greenway Ford. First and foremost...the car I was currently driving was rear-ended and totaled by the insurance co received from these fine folks at Greenway Ford. First and foremost...the car I was currently driving was rear-ended and totaled by the insurance company. Even before I know the car was totaled..I did some 'shopping' ahead of time. I looked at Toyota (as that is what I was driving at the time), Hyundai and Ford. Seeing I was already a Toyota owner, familiar with the Toyota product...I asked for some assistance...all I was told was that it would be better for me to just come in and sit down and weigh my options. I work a full time job...was missing a few hours here and there...dealing with some back injuries...so spending 3 or more hours in a dealership was not an option I was willing to undertake. All I got from the Hyundai dealer was a canned email indicating someone would be in touch with me shortly...funny, I never did hear anything! Greenway Ford went well above my expectations...after looking at some reviews...studying the 'facts' I had my eye on a Fiesta...the dealership had a sales consultant, Rick Jordan BRING ME A CAR to test drive to my job...I was SOLD...That was last Wednesday...on Thursday...I took delivery. I was at Greenway for about an hour and a half...all the paperwork ready (Rick even took care of returning my rental car)! I sat down with the finance guy, Albert...who painstakingly went over everything with me with a fine tooth comb! I was released once again to Rick...he set up the SYNC functions of my car...went thru a tutorial of how things worked...I honestly felt like I was purchasing a 30,000.00 car with the way I was treated. Greenway made arrangements to have the car windows tinted that Saturday...Rick even followed up with me by phone to make certain the process was smooth. I cannot tell you what an effortless purchase this was...probably one of the best car purchase experiences I've ever had! No high pressure...just honest business acumen...I am in love with my new wheels and looking for a long relationship with Greenway Ford! Thank you guys for putting 'honesty' back in business! You should all be recommended! More

I have been taking my car to Greenway for service for many years. I would say my satisfaction with my past experiences have ranged from Great to Bad. However, in the last few years I have been lucky enough to leave my car with Henry for most of my visits. He and his team have consistently taken excellent care of my car, and Henry is very pleasant to deal with. He is always willing to answer questions as thoroughly and honestly as possible. And he is very adept at listening and interpreting my explanations of whatever concerns I have when I bring my car in for service. (I don't always know exactly what's wrong with the car, and at times I have to resort to describing sounds, vibrations, etc., or relating past experience.) Whether it's for regular maintenance or unexpected repairs, I'm always very satisfied with the service when I leave my car with Henry. I hope Greenway rewards him well for his hard work, and manages to attract/train more truly exceptional employees like him. More

We called this dealership looking for a fusion with manual transmission. They said that they had several and I asked for specifics since we were coming from an hour away. I was put on hold and came back and told us about silver 2009 and a black 2010. Hung up and looked online and did not see these cars. Called again and told him this and he said that not everything is online. So, today before we leave we call again and were told by someone else that yes, there are several fusions with manual transmissions. $20 later worth of gas and tolls and 2 hours of wasted time and NO there are no fusions on their lot with manual transmissions. They try to show us a silver fusion but it is an automotic; that one a several others that are all automatic!! I know that we could NOT have been any clearer on the phone especially since I looked online and called back. They OUTRIGHT LIED to get us there!!! Well, my experience was entirely different - was explained as to what the diagnosis indicated, what the cost would be and what the conquences would be if service were not rendered. I hope that the repairs made will prove to be as great as the experience with your service representative - TERRY BENNETT - was. I cannot begin to tell you that if all service personnel were as thorough as Terry, there would be no customer service complaints. I had previously checked out through a parts store diagnostic service and if I had purchased the parts indicated, I would have continued to have had trouble with the van in addition to purchasing unnecessary parts. I had been a pesonnel manager in my working years and individuals of Terry's manners and honesty were hard to find. He deserves a nice substantial raise. Thanks again, Terry, for your honesty.
