I have been a loyal customer of Greenway Ford even before it was actually opened. I was a custtomer from when the dealership was located on Colonial and Semoran boulevard. I have purchased 6 fords and one lincoln Continental in the last 20 years. I own four ford vehicles and all the service is performed by Greenway. I am extreamly satisfied by the service that Mr. Pimentel because he listens to my needs meets my demands and is always willing to go the extra mile to work with my busy schedule. He knows I am a busy person and that I take care of all the maintenance issues of my wife and girls vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. pimentel. I have already sent several coworkers to do service with Greenway Ford. More

Mr. Henry Pimentel approached me in service drive lane as soon as I arrived. He introduced himself and asked how he could be of a service. I told him that I was just coming in for an oil and filter change se soon as I arrived. He introduced himself and asked how he could be of a service. I told him that I was just coming in for an oil and filter change service and nothing else. I also told him up front that I had a coupon from a competitors. He looked at me with a smile and said: “We’ll match or beat any competitors coupons”. He then told me that he notice a squeaking noise coming from the left front tire when I was applying on to the brakes. He then offer to check the brakes for me as part of their free 20 points vehicle inspection included with their lube, oil and filter change service. I told him that I was pressed in time and that I didn’t want to stay there for a long period of time. He took the time to explain the importance of the braking system in my old 1996 Ford Windstar. He also told me that this wasn’t going to take long and if I needed to go somewhere they would’ve provided me with the shuttle service and then pick me back up. I decided to wait for it. They took me back and show me what they had found (brake pad backing plate loose). They also informed me of the recall that needed to be done and since they had the part they was going to do it. When the time came to leave, Henry explained to me all of their findings and what needed more attention at that time. He then took me to the cashier and thank me for my business. Its good to know that I didn’t wasted my time going somewhere else and that everything I needed and more was found on the same building. This kind of services is hard to find this days and that’s why I will continue to do my services with Greenway Ford. More

We even had lunch at the little cafe in the service area and the food was good and those working there were both friendly and courteous. We needed to call our sales rep 3 days later and was greeted and helped as was expected. Not only were we helped but he has gone above and beyond in my opinion. Initially I called in reference to an advertised Yukon XL Denali. I received a return call immediately from Rich. He was not in the evening my husband and I went in to test drive the vehicle. We did not have an appointment, but called 10 minutes prior to arriving to see if the vehicle was still available. Gaylord was literally pulling the SUV up for our convenience when we arrived. After test driving it I felt it was a little too big for me, so he showed us a couple of Navigators and we test drove one. At this point I was very confused. I liked different things about each one. It was quite evident that Gaylord's main focus was finding what we wanted and not just making a sale. He was more than willing to locate anything we might be interested in and have it brought onto the lot. He made a point of telling us that his goal was to get us into the vehicle that would best suit our needs, and that he would do whatever it took to make us happy. My husband was dreading the shopping process from past experiences. Normally if it's not on the lot the salesperson loses interest and is just pushy. Gaylord, on the other hand, wasn't concerned about how much work it was going to be to locate a vehicle. He just made it clear that he would gladly do whatever it took to get the vehicle that was perfect for us. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, and true concern for the customer.
