I just took my Ford Edge to Greenway Ford for an out of warranty repair and I have to say the service was fantastic. Expecting a long wait, I had taken a book with me, but they had the vehicle back to me warranty repair and I have to say the service was fantastic. I've tried other dealerships in the past but none of them come close to Greenway for service, quality and price. I have to drive past several dealers to get to Greenway but it's always worth it! I am takeing the time to do this review because I want your organization to know that I have bought many new cars in my life and I can honestly say that Greenway Ford is the only car dealer that I have be your organization to know that I have bought many new cars in my life and I can honestly say that Greenway Ford is the only car dealer that I have been 100% satisfied with. I bought my new 2007' Expedition four years ago and the overall experiance has been excellent. The salesperson was both friendly and knowledgable. But I must say that the service department and the employees have absolutly been the best I have ever dealt with. They go out of thier way to help and have always delivered my vehicle on time and with no issues or returns necessary. In the last year or so I have been working with your service advisor Kyle Cloud. Again, his attitude towards me as a customer has been extrodianory. I am a business man myself with 258 employees and I know how difficult it can be to find good employees like Kyle. This guy ,Kyle, knows what he is talking about, a real "no B/S" type of character that doesn't hassle you. He knows that you don't want to be in the service department any longer than you need to be and "no B/S" type of character that doesn't hassle you. Jose Jimenez took care of me in a recent visit. I had a previous problem with the cruise control and needed new tires plus oil and filter change. I still had extended warranty available so Jose worked very previous problem with the cruise control and needed new tires plus oil and filter change. I still had extended warranty available so Jose worked very hard to get the cruise control fixed. It required two visits to get the cruise control fixed, but Jose kept me informed of all the steps and made sure the job got done correctly. The oil and filter change was unenventfull, as usual. When it came to new tires Jose worked really hard to make sure, I not only obtained a great deal but but got the correct tires recommended for my 2004 E-350. Unfortunately two weeks later one of the tires was found flat at the church parking one Sunday. When I took the vehicle to Greenway Jose had one of the technicians inspect the tire. Unfortunately it was not a defect of the tire, but a nail punctured the tire on the inboard side. So the tire could not be repaired. Jose Jimenez, once again, took the time to make sure the proper tire was again installed in the vehicle. This is the fourth time Jose Jimenez has taken care of me. He is by far one of the best advisor Greenway Ford has. I am very happy to have him as my advisor and I will definitely recommend him and Greenway Ford for service.
