Never have I ever met two people who made it happen for me to get the ACTUAL vehicle that I had been wanting & in the Finance Dept was unprecedented. After two test drives, one on gas, the other on electric, we sat down and filled out everything to buy the Volt. Since the purchase involved a trading in a different car than the one we drove to Orlando, we agreed to drive the trade-in car to the dealership the next morning and get the Volt then. During the night, a certain family member got cold feet and was worried the Volt might not have enough clearance for our steep driveway, an anxiety brought on by too much internet googling. The next day, to assuage this fear Anthony arranged for us to drive the car to our house to check the clearance. We live over an hour away from the dealership. The car clears just fine, provided you drive up slowly. Thank you for your exceptional service. More

Windshield wipers were not operating properly on my 2016 Fusion. Ten minutes after leaving dealership after a full day of repair at Greenway the wipers malfunctioned again. Dishonest - avoid at all costs! Avoid this dealership! They are dishonest and will waste your time. I would not buy a bag of popcorn from them much less invest in a car purchase. Despite clear communication and confirmation with Joe through email before arriving at the dealership, the car in question was magically sold before we arrived. No courtesy email to alert us ahead of time. But not to worry, we were offered an almost identical vehicle (had one extra feature valued at $1695) for the bargain price of just more than $5,000 then the original vehicle. What a scam. Again, avoid at all costs. More

Had vehicle serviced for hoax issue. Same part failed 11months ago covered under warranty. Not covered this time because vehicle is out of milage warranty. $312 paid this time and now that part is cove 11months ago covered under warranty.
