Great Overall Experience I had my first oil change done on my 2017 Ford Explorer yesterday. Becky Vanmeter was my Quick Service Advisor. She was very knowledgeable, very att I had my first oil change done on my 2017 Ford Explorer yesterday. Becky Vanmeter was my Quick Service Advisor. She was very knowledgeable, very attentive. The whole process from start to finish took 1 hour. I was very pleased with how efficient Becky was. Great guy, great service! Hands down one of the nicest guys I've ever met, and made the process of selling a car way easier than it usually is. Went above and beyond Getting your car repaired is a very stressful process under even the best conditions. I was having a very difficult time getting a repair done under a Getting your car repaired is a very stressful process under even the best conditions. I was having a very difficult time getting a repair done under an extended warranty. Finally, I called Greenway Ford and spoke with Terry Bennett. Terry was able to resolve this issue after some research that he didn't have to do. He facilitated getting my vehicle fixed under warranty which was due to expire 3 days from my calling in. I really appreciate his assistance with the matter and his following up with me afterwards to make sure that the vehicle was fixed to my satisfaction. More
