It was the last day of the month and 7:30 p.m. when I decided to go by Greenway Ford and see Nick and if we had a deal or not. Although the dealership was extremely busy Nick took his time with me, listened to my concerns and worked with his sales manager with their best offer and then my counter-offer. We finally came to an agreement and made a deal. I spent more time waiting for a finance manager that I did buying the truck, but to their defense there was more customers for their finance managers to handle the end of the month deals. This is my fourth vehicle that I have bought from Greenway Ford over the past 18 months More

Multiple bad experiences at the service department. I had my car scheduled for "the works" and brake change for 07:30 am 10/22. Long story short, I left the dealership at 2:0 at the service department. I had my car scheduled for "the works" and brake change for 07:30 am 10/22. Long story short, I left the dealership at 2:00pm with NOTHING DONE. They claimed to have changed the oil/filter and rotate the tires. The brakes were not done because they had an error in inventory where they thought they had enough parts, they didn't. I went ahead and got brake pads at a local auto parts store because my brakes were in need of changing. I then realized that two lug nuts were severely damaged and stripped, my air filter was dislodged, and the oil wasn't even changed!! I went this morning to express my concern to the service manager. He did not seem to be too concerned at all and apologized only for the lug nuts. He also claimed that they don't touch the air filter since it is aftermarket. I installed it myself, I don't believe that it dislodged itself!! The combination of incompetence and lack of remorse from management will keep me from ever coming back. I have no trust with them and will never go back! More
