Excellent Customer Service I just purchased a Mustang 2016 at Greenway Ford. I was offered an OUTSTANDING customer service from the time I walked into the dealer. I was assigne I just purchased a Mustang 2016 at Greenway Ford. I was offered an OUTSTANDING customer service from the time I walked into the dealer. I was assigned my own personal sales representative which I cannot say enough about him. He was very attentive, he listened to what I was looking for and he went above and beyond on looking for it until he found it. His name is Wilbert. After I decided on the car I wanted, I was introduced to the nicest financial manager Rafael. He educated me on all the extra features they offered such as gap and extended insurance. He took his time to explain all the coverage and price options. Thank you very much for making my purchase experience very pleasant and enjoyable. I will definitely come back for my next car.
