Returned my car in worse condition I drove my 2005 Mercury Mariner in for service on an issue causing my car to randomly turn off with the anti theft light on. The car was running ok an I drove my 2005 Mercury Mariner in for service on an issue causing my car to randomly turn off with the anti theft light on. The car was running ok and could still use for transportation to work. The dealership had the car for 2 days and I had to call them to get information. After the two days I called to get a check up. Mr Addison(my mechanic) then told me he didnt know what had been done to the vehicle and he would check. He called me 2 hours later and told me to junk my car and that it was going to be $5,000+ worth of work. They were "kind" enough to waive my diagnostic fee and when I went to drive the car off the lot it barely started and would barely move(less than 20mph). I drove it right back and asked what they had done to it. Mr. Addison informed me that all they did was check the codes and put 10 miles of test driving on it. I had the car towed to another mechanic and got the whole car fixed for $900, all it needed was a new PCM, coils and a spark plug. Mechanics like this should have a hard time sleeping at night. More

From his first call (I submitted an internet request), to meeting with him, and then driving my 2016 Ford Escape off the lot, I could not have asked for a informed, courteous, and attentive salesman. He was never pushy nor did he seem in a rush to get me out the door. Juan was just amazing, as was Albert Dehalt, Finance Manager. Albert took his time explaining all the paperwork and answering my questions. Greenway Ford is blessed to have such a wonderful group of people working for them and looking out for their customers. We will definitely buy/lease from them again! More
