We got MINI! We came to Greenway with the intention of replacing our vehicle which was destroyed in a recent carjacking. The previous day I had spoken with several We came to Greenway with the intention of replacing our vehicle which was destroyed in a recent carjacking. The previous day I had spoken with several dealerships including David Maus Volkswagen, Classic Honda and Mazda and Toyota. I was looking online later that night, when I decided to checked out Greenway Ford. Since our last car came from Greenway we felt comfortable with possibly purchasing another vehicle from them. After looking at several Ford Focus online poi, we decided to come in and test drive one in the hours of purchasing one. Around 9 :30 p.m. I received an email from the Internet Sales Manager, Clay Lewis. We set up an appointment for the next day. We arrived several minutes early but Clay's assistant, cane out, gave us water and told us he would be out soon. It was maybe 3 minutes and he was out introducing himself and asking us how he could he service. He showed us a couple of Volkswagen, a couple of Focus. As we were test driving one final car, coming back onto the lot I spotted a cute little MINI Cooper Countryman. I asked if we could test drive it, Clay got the keys, jump stated it and off we went. I loved it, my husband loved but it had to pass my son, the mechanic, inspection. Long sorry short, Clay was with us throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, very respectful, and he soberly wanted to pair the car with the best owner. We are absolutely satisfied and will definitely rerun when we are in the market for a new car. I always come back and ask for Dale Hagerman, I know he will take care of me. A week ago I locked myself out of my car and forgot my code.
