Service department unsafe This dealership returned my vehicle to me after 24 days and $1500.00, in worse shape than I drove it in. I took it in because my 2006 Mercury Mountaineer needed a PCM. They repeatedly said it was a bad wire, then a PCM, (which I knew and gave them a copy of the diagnostic) They rekeyed my vehicle and couldn't explain why. No integrity! More

I recently purchased a travel trailer and was looking for a truck to pull it with, After months of research I settled on the 2015 F150 Ecoboost. I waited until Labor Day so I could take advantage of the sales and low interest rates. After researching trucks online, I found Greenway Ford had competitive prices and they sent me a favorable TrueCar quote. I dealt with Allison Leach (online services) and Abner Jackson (sales). I told them that I would be there that weekend. Called Abner on Saturday and he told me that a worker at the dealership took the truck to So Florida on vacation and would not be back until Tuesday. Really? Dealers are actually allowed to take these trucks on vacation during one of the busiest times of the year? I told both Jackson and Leach that I would be out of town on Tuesday and would miss the sales. Their advice was to come in and fill out the paperwork. Basically commit to a truck I never saw or drove. You got to be kidding. What kind of operation is this? I refuse to do business with people I can't trust and so should you. By the way, Greenway never could produce the truck from the TrueCar quote. More
