From the first call we made, to the final sale of the truck, we were attended to for all of our needs, but NEVER pressured or hassled. It was the first time we have ever been "comfortable" going to a dealership. We were also fortunate enough to have a wonderful salesman, Dale Agard. It was totally unexpected to get a sales person like Dale. Anyone searching for a personable salesman when shopping for a vehicle should seek him out. He even made sure to do everything he could to satisfy our needs after the purchase of the truck, no matter how busy he was with other customers. We were also very happy with the finance department and the great terms that were worked on until our budget concerns were satisfied. Warranty for Body shop repairs I had a complete engine change by the Ford BodyShop and given a warranty certificate. However, each time I bring the car in for a repair, there are ar I had a complete engine change by the Ford BodyShop and given a warranty certificate. However, each time I bring the car in for a repair, there are arguments with the staff about what the warranty covers. It is important to be detailed about what the warranty covers - the parts, labor etc, to avoid these arguments. Worse was the fact that they have no record at the shop about these repairs or warranties and have to call for the documents from a warehouse, which would take another few weeks. In this day and age of e-records, it is a shame to have such an arrangement. More

Got a great 2012 Ford Fusion - Ask for Andrew Gaudette! Contacted Greenway because I was a satisfied prior customer. Was contacted by Andrew Gaudette via email/phone. I told him what I was looking for and had him start the process of getting me approved. 2 days later I picked out a car, went up and test drove it and with-in about an hour I was out the door with my 2012 Ford Fusion. So far, I love the car. Comfortable, stylish and gets great mileage. Andrew was very professional courteous and quick to answer all my questions and his response time was great as we exchanged several emails/phone calls over the 2 days. Once I picked the car, Andrew introduced me to Robert Hoffman in Finance. Robert assisted me in getting the best deal he could with a financer and after about 45 minutes of the usual paperwork, I was out the door with my new car. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I came back because Mary Cinder helped me work on my credit nearly 3 years ago when I purchased 2 cars from them the same visit.
