Great memoerial day experience ending with a great car On Memorial Day, I took my daughter to see if we could trade her car for one that better met her needs. I began by searching the internet, which led me to Greenway Ford. I was contacted by their internet sales department, and Clay Lewis offered to help me. On Memorial Day, I specifically asked for Clay. I was so pleased with his professionalism and easy manner. He did not pressure us. He listened to our desires and took us out to look at his best thoughts of what might meet our needs. The very first car he showed us was exactly the car we ended up with - a beautiful 2013 Ford Focus SE with a manual transmission. From the moment we made our choice, to the time we drove away in our new car, the process we went through was smooth and amicable. Although there was some negotiation involved, I was happy with the price we agreed upon, and at no time did it feel confrontational. Overall a great experience.
