Just because I look young doesn't mean I'm not wise and definitely doesn't mean I'm going to let people like Linton screw me the way he tried. The upper management team called me and spoke to me resolved all of my issues and have followed up over time. The GM even called just to wish me happy birthday which was a great personal touch that I very much appreciated. I have loved this dealership since moving to Florida in 2005 and will continue to love it because of people like Lee and Brian. As long as you have a strong management team in place who appreciate the customers coming in and continuing to invest in their product then Ford will continue to be successful and prosper. I can't thank you two gentlemen enough! More

Excellent Service, Completely Satisfied , I had gone to Greenway ford to just browse my options. I had looked on there website and liked a few models they had in there huge selection of models I had gone to Greenway ford to just browse my options. As soon as i walked in, i was greeted by the super nice girl at the help desk. I was Then introduced to my AWESOME team. I would even call them the dream team lol. I met Theresa Horde, Internet Sales Director. She welcomed me and made me feel like i was early for my own party lol. Theresa then tossed the torch over to my man Troy Burns!. Troy was Professional,courteous,understanding,and made me feel like we were just a couple of old friends. He helped me get my first car,he gave me a chance and spent the entire morning working with what i had to offer and found a way to make it work. I couldn't believe when the finance officer "Mr giant" pulled me in his office and told me " OK i got some papers for you to sign and then you will be all set" . Little did i understand, there finance department had given me the chance I've been hoping for. Ive been working really hard for years to get my credit up to this point, and i asked so whats next lol. He said to me "Thats t!" I had to ask again lol i was totally dazed and confused to his answer . "you got the car, and you get to drive it home?" he said, like it was no big deal haha. They helped get me the payments i could afford with having hardly any credit. To Troy and his dream team, Thank you for giving me a chance, when others laughed and told me come back when i was serious. I love my Ford Fiesta SE and ill be going back when i choose to get a new car. Definitely Recommend Greenway ford. More

Above and beyond! Linton was a great help to our family and his caring and friendly nature won our little girl over which she is almost 2yrs.
