From the first call I made, to the final sale I was attended to for all of my needs, but NEVER pressured or hassled. It was the first time I have ever been "comfortable" going to a dealership. I was fortunate enough to have a wonderful salesperson, Juan Mangual. Anyone searching for a personable salesperson when shopping for a vehicle should seek him out. He made sure to do everything he could do to satisfy my needs after the purchase of the truck, no matter how busy he was with other customers. The finance department worked to get me the credit I needed to get my new car. I will definitely recommend Greenway Ford, as well as seek out Juan Mangual for our future vehicle purchases! Warranty for Body shop repairs I had a complete engine change by the Ford BodyShop and given a warranty certificate. However, each time I bring the car in for a repair, there are ar I had a complete engine change by the Ford BodyShop and given a warranty certificate. However, each time I bring the car in for a repair, there are arguments with the staff about what the warranty covers. It is important to be detailed about what the warranty covers - the parts, labor etc, to avoid these arguments. Worse was the fact that they have no record at the shop about these repairs or warranties and have to call for the documents from a warehouse, which would take another few weeks. In this day and age of e-records, it is a shame to have such an arrangement. More
