Ciara called me and left a message shortly after I indicated on line I wanted a newer call. She called back next day and said she would like to look at the car I had for trade in. She had a low key demeanor and friendly in a sincere way. She was able to show me three cars I was interested in. She explained the features and how they worked. After test driving them was the sit down to discuss my commitment to buying one and trading mine in. She was skillful and non threatening in hearing my concerns about reliability of the newer car and limit to how much I wanted to pay. She relayed my questions to the sale manager and came back with parameters as to what the dealership could allow for me and what it couldn’t. She listened, acknowledged remaining concerns and showed support and understanding to where I felt comfortable buying the new car and feeling good about it. She also had a folksy down to earth demeanor greeting my wife and I when we first walked into the show room floor It was easy to chit chat and she made us comfortable when she seated us at her work station. I left the dealership with a newer car feeling good; knowing the risks of making any purchase but that I can given be given assurance that my newer vehicle had been checked over and I can be happy More
