Horrible customer service. Dealers act as if they are doing you a favor. Treats customers who are buying the more expensive purchase better and give more priority. This is the 2nd time I tried going there and have left because of the disrespect employees. Go ANYWHERE other than Greenway! Drive to a different dealership. To complete the sales on that day, the sales man (Tito) sold me a car and indicated if I paid the entire financed amount before 45 days then the amount to pay would be the same amount as the price agreed d sold me a car and indicated if I paid the entire financed amount before 45 days then the amount to pay would be the same amount as the price agreed during the sale. That was not true. When I went to pay the bill with 20 days getting the day, the pay off amount grew by $$$ because there was interest built in on every day since the day the sale was completed. And I asked this very specific question before closing the deal and the answer was no interest. So they will do/say anything to push the car. Be aware of their bad sales tactics. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM GREENWAY FORD AGAIN! More
Very slimy dealership. Brings shame to the Ford name. Plays games with their customers, lies, adds fees. Had to spend $1200 on set of tires 5 days after owing the car. Brings shame to the Ford name. A couple are disclosed dealer fees on the website, but they had one required fee that is not disclosed, a violation of state law. After they came back the last time it made up some new "deluxe package" which he tried to cover with his hand, adding another 1700, I was done. Asked for my keys THREE TIMES and then the salesman (Tito) suddenly got very aggressive with me. Shop elsewhere, there is no reason to deal with these outdated, scamming dealerships. More

We're talking needing a tune-up, serpentine belt and tensioner needing to be replaced. AC compressor on disrepair. I took my vehicle to their service center for an oil change and a month later, I'm told I have an oil leak. I go to my sales rep, who is the only one who would answer me, and told them about the issues. They provided me with no paperwork to confirm what they did or if there was warranty on the part. I filed a better business bureau complaint, and you should see the response. The disrespect. The irreverence. I hope that I never have the misfortune of dealing with a company that lacks SO much integrity. I can't even hope they get what they deserve, because they couldn't handle it. I trusted them as I told them that I needed a car that was safe, because the one I had wasn't. They sold me a piece of crap and were completely unrepentant. It would have been so easy to fix the issues and move on, but instead they kept my car for nearly 2 weeks with almost no communication until I showed up and demanded it. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. More
BUYER BEWARE. You can not trust any word, deal, or offer given to you by any salesman or manager. There is deceit at all levels at this dealership. You will agree to a price. You will given prices in writing. You will reach a deal. You will be told two separate sales managers have reviewed and approved the sale. When it comes time to close the deal, they will pull the rug out from under you, increase the price, add additional fees on top of the dealer and filing fees. You will agree on a price, they will change the price to be much greater than what was discussed, agreed to and advertised online. Don't waste your time. Go anywhere else. More

Avoid the service department. They snapped a lug nut key and told us they would replace it and call back. That was 16 days ago.
