I brought my truck to Greenway Ford for a warranty repair due to an oil leak at the turbocharger, which was covered by insurance. After speaking with my service advisor, Kelly, I was only approved for 10 day due to an oil leak at the turbocharger, which was covered by insurance. After speaking with my service advisor, Kelly, I was only approved for 10 days in a loaner vehicle. However, the dealership kept my truck for nearly a month for what was supposedly an oil leak repair. When I finally received my truck back yesterday, the A/C was no longer working. I immediately returned it, and I was told the compressor had failed internally and that the system has Freon. As a first-time buyer, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dealership based on how my situation was handled. STAY FAR AWAY. More

I requested the valet service to pick up the car for the service and perform a safety recall. The car was picked up at 9:00 AM but the service didn’t start till 2:30.
