My Dealership participates in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. Janine Vink

You posted an ad in the paper that is meant to draw people in with the prospect of buying one vehicle, only to tell them when they are there and less inclined to leave that there is no vehicle at that price, but you will be happy to show them others. This tactic has been around for a long time, and it is the classic bait and switch. I called ahead because I was not interested in another vehicle at a higher price and inquired whether you had that vehicle at that advertised price. I clearly stated that this is what I wanted to know, and that I was not interested in other vehicles at other prices. I would have bought the truck (provided it drove well) with cash, which is great because you would have less work to doon your end and would not have to worry about non-existent or bad credit or risk. It took two calls and a lot of repeating for me to get a straight answer from your sales person of whether the truck was available. That is not good business. If I ask a straight forward question, please give me the respect of a straight forward answer. Janine, please know that I am just frustrated over these kinds of ads and tactics. Some of us actually want to spend our money, but knowing that the people that we invest in are reputable and don't play games. I am frustrated with this advertising method, consider it dishonest, and complained about it as your dealership participates in this kind of tactic. It is really deceptive.
