Too much game playing. Sales person lied about talking to The process took way too long. The negotiation process took to long and the manager wasn't too nice. It took over 4 hours to purchase the car. We only test drove one car. The car was suppose to be fully inspected. The next day the battery was dead. Very challenging dealership to work with. They pulled my credit twice and told me it was not a big deal. The GM was horrific to deal with. Salesman advised everything would be taken care of...lies Bought a NEW car from here, worst mistake of my life. Car was damaged when leaving the lot and I was told everything would be taken care of and fixed Bought a NEW car from here, worst mistake of my life. Car was damaged when leaving the lot and I was told everything would be taken care of and fixed (tear in seat, rough shifting, car shook at high speeds). I then had to drive 6 hours round trip (I live out of town) back to the dealership the next weekend to have things fixed. The dealer neglected to ever ordered the parts in to fix the tear in the seat and told me I would have to come back yet another weekend. The only thing they did was change the tires as they sold me a car with warped tires. While changing my tires they put a 5" long, deep scratch across my car. They told me I would now have to bring the car back during the week as their body shop is closed on weekends. It has been almost 2 months and none of these issues have been fixed. They always say they'll call you back and then never do. Worst service department and dealership I've ever dealt with. More
