We had no intention of actually purchasing one on the day we went to Greenway Ford. Our salesman, Winston Comeaux, was very personable, knowledgeable and genuinely took an interest in us and our needs. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain many of the car's features over a 2-day period, without putting on any pressure to buy. It was an easy decision to make on our part to buy from Winston and Greenway and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. More

Internet salesmen Luke Flerima and Michael Conry assisted us with our purchase. It was a pleasure working with both Luke and Michael. We never felt pressured or rushed which we greatly appreciated. They had the vehicle we purchased and another similar one waiting out front for us to test drive before we arrived. The dealership is kept very nice inside and out. The whole purchasing process went smoothly and both Luke and Michael have answered post purchase questions in a timely manner. We feel fortunate to have had both Luke and Michael assist us with our purchase. More

Poor Experience, won't deal with Greenway Ford again! My husband and I bought a 2015 Ford Escape on. We were switching from a KIA Sorrento to a Ford. Before buying the car we mentioned two things to the s My husband and I bought a 2015 Ford Escape on. We were switching from a KIA Sorrento to a Ford. Before buying the car we mentioned two things to the sales rep. There was a very noticeable chip on the passenger back side of the vehicle and a stain on the back seat. We asked if this could be corrected, and was advised yes! After signing our paperwork and what seemed all day, we got our vehicle. The stain had not been removed and the chipped paint looked poorly done. But it was late, so we spoke with the sales rep again and scheduled it to be done another day. After just one day of driving it, my husband complained that the car shook while stopped at a red light, was hesitant on picking up up speed on the interstate, the back seat was never cleaned and the touch up that was done on the door was awful. instead of giving us a rental they instead gave us a car right off the lot to use until the repairs were done. The car still had the price tag, warranty and features still on the windows! Over the weekend, the dealer called us and said that the vehicle would not be done til Monday. On Monday the dealer called again and said that the car would not be ready until Tuesday! Finally on Tuesday we picked up the car and it was like night and day! The car drove like new and everything that was mentioned before was addressed! Now, there is a whistling noise coming from the AC every time it is on and in order to have that looked at I have to pay a $100 deductible first. I haven't even had my car off the lot for a week and this car has had several issues! i can honestly and truthfully say that I will never buy or recommend any vehicle from Greenway Ford. If i could have redone this whole process I would have gone to another place! More
They rejected my appt after I drove 45 mins on a Saturday Brought my car out for a service appt at 10:30am. When I get to the dealer for my appt and recap the work I needed done (which I explained to the person I made the appt with) I was told that my tech had 7 cars in front of me When I tried to question what the point of an appt was if they weren’t going to look at it when I got there (I had told them I was going to wait on the car) the service manager told me that they could just turn down doing work on my vehicle! They started blaming the person that made the appt for me, saying that they are offsite and whatnot but at the end of the day, it’s not my fault that they overbooked themselves. This dealer can’t even be trusted to honor appointment times. I drove over 45 minutes for nothing. Very cocky service manager that was willing to say he was turning down my appt. More
