We called to have them put a hold on one in particular because we live over 2 hours away they called us almost 3 hours after they opened when we were half way and said they sold that vehicle the previous day then they proceed to say had another vehicle a 2013 explorer sport with 43000 miles told us our vehicle was not worth what the explorer was after 4 hours of "making a deal" they didn't change anything. More

I requested a call and or correspondence the next day. Promptly I got a call and a follow up email addressing the questions I had about the car. I made an appointment and followed up just before I arrived to make sure it was there. I was treated professorially, friendly and in no way pressured to purchase my car. Juan and Dale, from the internet team were able to get me a fair value for my trade in and their finance team got me an excellent rate. Signing all the paper work was smooth and easy. Again I was treated professionally and not pressured to purchase any warranty or product I did not want. The icing on the cake for the whole experience was it took less than two hours. After extensive talks with Mark & Brian things were straightened out and I was assured that they would take care of me from here on out! I called Mark today to get an oil change and I was pleasantly surprised with some changes that have occurred in the last few months! "There is a new Sheriff in town" and I am pleased! He is kind, considerate and professional! David Addison was nice to work with! My service went well, I was shown the issues they found and most importantly treated with respect! Thank you! I purchased a 2012 Mustang Shelby GT 500 on March 26, 2017 This was a car that I had dreamed of owning for over 30 years and finally I was in a position to finally make a bucket list item come true. I initially was thrilled with my purchase from Greenway Ford and wrote a great review. However it turns out that my vehicle had been in an accident in 2014 and this was not disclosed to me, in fact I believe that I was deliberatly deceived and lied to by Greenway Ford. They knew of this and hid it from me and actually showed me a carfax report that didn't reflect the facts, or something to that effect. I spoke to Lee Mitchell, the General Manager of Greenway Ford and he basically told me to bad for you. This is a dishonest and downright dirty car dealership,,,,Go to any other Ford dealership if you want to be treated with any shred of integrity. More
