Yesterday I experienced an accident due to my car pausing on me while foot on the gas then jerking forward causing me to wreck. Today was my third time making a visit to Greenway Ford about my car jerking forward. I spoke with Manager Ezequiel Alicea about my car being fixed and how I am afraid for my life to continue driving a car in this manner as he proceeds to tell me this situation is my fault, how he didn't make the car Ford did and he's not going to fix the situation of my car and that is why I have insurance. This is a terrible way to treat a customer who is afraid for their life in a car they purchased from your company. More
