overall good results I had an appointment for my regular scheduled oil change . I did want to discuss trading in my 2014 Escape for an upgrade and although Dave did what he could to get a salesman to come over to meet me it took way too long for someone to show up and I had no choice but to leave . (very disappointing). If there was anything that I would change it would be the fact that Dave kept referring to me as "young lady" which since I am a senior citizen came off as patronizing and condesending. An older man referring to a young girl as young lady is fine. A younger man referring to an older woman as Young Lady is almost insulting. If I were a man would he have said "young man"? I don't think so. More

She is very knowledgeable and actually taught me things about my car that I didn't know myself. She ensures me that the work is properly taken care of and that I'm completely satisfied. Greenway needs to have her be the senior service advisor and train others to be like her. I will be working with Becky on future dealership services. Thanks for the amazing service Becky! More

Bait and Switch Found a car online that I really liked. Emailed thed dealership to make sure it was still availanle. Andrew said it was still available and he was looking at it. Drove over an hour to get there. Andrew walked me around the lot in 96 degree heat, pointing out other vehicles. Took me back inside. Said he would check to see where it was parked. Came back 20 minutes later and told me the car was gone. What? He said he can't hold cars. Then I found out it had been sold days earlier. Horrible I bought a used car outright' with a simple tag transfer. First thing that took place was 1000$ add on fee for deposit, this was done after a promissory note for full payment due to banks being closed. Next was the loss of my tag. With the temporary tag expiring in a few days and me having to work, I thought this should be easy since many people I know do this line of work said so. Heck not a chance, after being transferred a half a dozen times spoke to one of the finance managers who said he would call me right back. Again not a chance, so I called back and spoke to four other people before I was connected to the right man. According to him and this dealership my tag has been mailed. Explaining again I work a lot, and mail delivery has one more day before weekend, it will probably not be here in time before I expire. Finally he agreed to a dealer tag, but as already expressed, I have to drive to get it. At no time were they concerned with the treatment of the customer and their mess up. Instead they got their money , it is now my problem. I am dreading any future communication with this dealership. More
