My Father worked for Ford Motor Company for over 25 years and only owned Ford Vehicles. I moved to Orlando,Florida and started buying vehicles from Greenway Ford after meeting Arsene, due to his straight for and only owned Ford Vehicles. I had to have the fule pump replaced on my 2002 F-150 XLT Supercab. I guess when you have a 106,000 miles on a truck you have expect some things to breakdown. The only thing I can say positive about the experience was the service provided to me by Terry Bennett. I was very disapointed that they didn't wash the vehicle. I traded in a GMC and every time I took it to the dealership for service it was washed. Ford Motor Co. doesn't do the little extras for their custome I traded in a GMC and every time I took it to the dealership for service it was washed. I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion from a friend. Due to my experiences with Greenway Ford over 8 years ago, I did not plan to have my car serviced at Greenway. However, after speaking with Jose about my concerns, I decided to bring my car in for service. I was delighted to meet such a professional and courteous service advisor. Everything went well and I am glad to have re-discovered the Greenway Ford Service Department. Many other places, such as oil change shops, treat women with a lack of respect, and many will try to take advantage of the fact that not all women know about cars. Greenway Ford is excellent in service and all around friendliness of the staff. As soon as you arrive you are friendly greeted. There is no waiting, no limbo.
