I recently had a water pump replaced and was satisfied with everything but the price. If a timing chain only cost $345.00 and more work has to be done to get to it then why does a water pump cost $800+ to with everything but the price. I was definitely overcharged for this repair but had no choice because it was an emergency. The work and the repair was excellent. They were friendly and accomodating as well. I looked them up and they are a blue oval service center meaning they do excellent work which is what I care about the most. More

Kevin is excellent. Only suggestion is to automatically pull around cars of people waiting in the lobby. I packed up my items in the waiting area, paid for the service and still had to wait outside for fi pull around cars of people waiting in the lobby. He helped me with my problem he showed me everything that they worked on and explain me, how it was related to the problem that i had with my car. This is an excelent person to recommend to any body, who has the patience, very helpful , knowledgeable, and professional. Everything changed when Mr. Pimentel helped me and I really like the service that he provide me, and I'm very happy now that my car is running better than before. I bought my Ford Explorer XLT in 2006 and I have taken it to have it serviced always at Greenway Ford. I've had the privilage to be assigned to Henry Pimentel as my service advisor!!! I cannot say enough about how professional, caring and helpful Mr. Pimentel has always been towards me and my car!!! Whenver I have had to leave a message for him he always responds back to me in such a timely manner and he will accomodate his schedule to fit mine whenever I have had to take the car in for a service or any issues relating to the vehicle. He is the kind of person that goes above and beyond to help you no matter what the situation may be relating to the car and I have had a few. Be sure that Mr. Pimentel will find the solution to getting your car serviced and I have always left feeling very pleased with the service and outcome of my car. My car gets it oil changed every 5000 miles and he works so hard to get me in and out. As far as I am concerned, Greenway Ford should be proud to have someone like him working for them!!!!!! I recently took my 2005 Ford Explorer to your dealership for service. I was experiencing some hard shifting with my transmission and my air conditioner was not working. Both systems were still under warranty as Mr. Pimentel informed me of. He then proceeded to take care of getting me a rental vehicle as the work on my truck was going to take a few days. He could not have been more professional. I am an assistant general manager for an auto parts business and I teach my employees daily on how to be as courteous and professional as Mr. Pimentel has shown. Mr. Henry Pimentel approached me in service drive lane as soon as I arrived. He introduced himself and asked how he could be of a service. I told him that I was just coming in for an oil and filter change se soon as I arrived. He introduced himself and asked how he could be of a service. I told him that I was just coming in for an oil and filter change service and nothing else. I also told him up front that I had a coupon from a competitors. He looked at me with a smile and said: “We’ll match or beat any competitors coupons”. He then told me that he notice a squeaking noise coming from the left front tire when I was applying on to the brakes. He then offer to check the brakes for me as part of their free 20 points vehicle inspection included with their lube, oil and filter change service. I told him that I was pressed in time and that I didn’t want to stay there for a long period of time. He took the time to explain the importance of the braking system in my old 1996 Ford Windstar. He also told me that this wasn’t going to take long and if I needed to go somewhere they would’ve provided me with the shuttle service and then pick me back up. I decided to wait for it. They took me back and show me what they had found (brake pad backing plate loose). They also informed me of the recall that needed to be done and since they had the part they was going to do it. When the time came to leave, Henry explained to me all of their findings and what needed more attention at that time. He then took me to the cashier and thank me for my business. Its good to know that I didn’t wasted my time going somewhere else and that everything I needed and more was found on the same building. This kind of services is hard to find this days and that’s why I will continue to do my services with Greenway Ford. More
