I am usually very sceptical when it comes to getting my car serviced or looked at by the dealer but have been pleasantly surprized by Greenway Ford since I bought my truck there. I have it serviced regularly and it is always done on time and at a reasonable cost. The dealership keeps great records and always sends me coupons for service right at the time I am due. Kevin Swata knows me and its nice to deal with the same guy everytime. I would recomend the service deptartment at Greenway Ford to all those skeptics out there like I once was. More
Terry was very engaging and really took the time to explain all the details about the service I needed on my 2009 Focus. Instead of leaving me hanging about time frames he was honest and took care of w explain all the details about the service I needed on my 2009 Focus. I recently visited Greenway Ford for an issue with my AC I recently visited Greenway Ford for an issue with my AC compressor with a warranty issue, as well as a wear & tear part regarding a serpentine belt I recently visited Greenway Ford for an issue with my AC compressor with a warranty issue, as well as a wear & tear part regarding a serpentine belt on my 08 Escape. Rosie was wonderful and very helpful with the entire process. After the repair, I thought I heard the same issue and brought the car back. Rosie and her co-workers checked out the car but could not duplicate the sound, and apologized for not being able to find out what the issue was. When I picked the car up, I noticed another sound, a rattling sound, but didnt think anything of it. I took the car home, and the sound continued. I phoned Rosie again and told her I was the crazy one with the "imaginary" sounds, and she was great and told me to bring it back in. The car was there for 2 days and yet again, they could not hear the mysterious sound. She called me twice and explained, and I apologized for wasting their time. I went today to pick the car up and Rosie and David explained they listened for the sound numerous times and different ways, but no sound. Low and behold when they brought my car around, it was making the sound - YAY! I told the guy driving the car to stop and don't move! I haven't been so happy for my car to be making a noise. Rosie and David rushed to hear the sound and determined the problem right then and there and had the part changed in less than an 45 minutes. I was so happy they finally heard the noise and didn't think I was crazy. Due to my several trips in to the service department, they were wonderful and didn't charge me for this repair or new part. The car is running great and I was thrilled with their quality of service. I worked for a service department many years ago, and the level of their dedication and understanding was above and beyond what I would have expected. Terry Bennett was able to get my truck in and out for repair service in a day. I needed the truck back as soon as possible for work and he made it happen. I just took my Ford Edge to Greenway Ford for an out of warranty repair and I have to say the service was fantastic. Expecting a long wait, I had taken a book with me, but they had the vehicle back to me warranty repair and I have to say the service was fantastic. Expecting a long wait, I had taken a book with me, but they had the vehicle back to me in what seemed liked no time at all. I've tried other dealerships in the past but none of them come close to Greenway for service, quality and price. I have to drive past several dealers to get to Greenway but it's always worth it! More
I am takeing the time to do this review because I want your organization to know that I have bought many new cars in my life and I can honestly say that Greenway Ford is the only car dealer that I have be your organization to know that I have bought many new cars in my life and I can honestly say that Greenway Ford is the only car dealer that I have been 100% satisfied with. I bought my new 2007' Expedition four years ago and the overall experiance has been excellent. The salesperson was both friendly and knowledgable. But I must say that the service department and the employees have absolutly been the best I have ever dealt with. They go out of thier way to help and have always delivered my vehicle on time and with no issues or returns necessary. In the last year or so I have been working with your service advisor Kyle Cloud. Again, his attitude towards me as a customer has been extrodianory. I am a business man myself with 258 employees and I know how difficult it can be to find good employees like Kyle. This guy ,Kyle, knows what he is talking about, a real "no B/S" type of character that doesn't hassle you. He knows that you don't want to be in the service department any longer than you need to be and "no B/S" type of character that doesn't hassle you. He knows that you don't want to be in the service department any longer than you need to be and has you out of there and satisfied ASAP! He finds the best possible price to suit the service your car needs and personally ensures that the technician's quality of work is on par with the standard set by such an impressive looking dealership. I only wish the numbers went higher on the rating scale to ensure this young man stands out above all the rest! More
