I was in the service department on Saturday morning October 16th for my mileage service. Terry was very nice, caring, and very informant. Someone spilled (looked like coffee) on the front fender and hood of my car and did not bother to take the time to clean it off. I have taken my Chrysler Town & Country and Hummer H2 here to be serviced for the past several years. The Hummer dealer wanted to upsell constantly when I just wanted good service at a great price. Henry was always the person that I did the service work on my vehicle, howeveer he was promoted. Well deserved. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this organization for a number of reasons. I was greeted with an upbeat and enthusiastic disposition which is always appreciated. The associate I spoke with was Ms. Rosana Delgado and she assisted me with very clear and concise information regarding the problem with my vehicle (I needed new tires), the options that were available for me to take, and the particular pricing for each option. After a decision was made, she then very politely directed me to the waiting area and informed me that the work would take about an hour and a half, which was important because I had an upcoming class. She came by periodically to give me updates on the progress of my vehicle and once everything was said and done I was able to inspect the work for myself and even learn a little bit about some tire safety standards in the process. All in all I felt as though I was thoroughly taken care of. More

The F 150 Ford truck, being up in age (1995), is the vehicle my son drives while away at UCF. Your work gave my wife and I a good feeling of security about our son’s truck being safe and in good hands. When a child is off and living on their own in another town, it is comforting to know there are good people who put the time and effort in as if it was their own son’s vehicle they were working on. The service department and Kevin are true pros. Kevin worked with the supplemental warranty company that I purchased when I bought the car. He advised me about rental car reimbursment, and the porter ser worked with the supplemental warranty company that I purchased when I bought the car. He advised me about rental car reimbursment, and the porter service. He kept me in the loop as far as the status of the parts, and the completion time of the repairs. My family, friends, and business associates and myself have at one time or another needed to have work performed on one of our vehicles, and we all always look to the Greenway corporation to provide that have at one time or another needed to have work performed on one of our vehicles, and we all always look to the Greenway corporation to provide that service. Just this morning, the battery on my work van had died. It just so happens, this battery was one that I had purchased from the Greenway corporation some time ago, so, my first call was to Greenway Ford. The parts associate that I spoke with at Greenway Ford informed me that he did not currently have my particular battery in stock (I drive a Chevy van), but that he would have one delivered to his dealership in short order to accommodate my needs. When I further explained that I needed to get to work and had no way to jump start my van, he offered to send a driver to my house with a jump box, so that at the very least, I could start my van and drive it to Greenway Ford. I had expected that maybe a porter, or a parts delivery driver, or maybe even a technician would come to assist me in getting my van started; but boy was I surprised when the person who showed up at my door was none other than the Parts Director himself! That in my book, is definitely going the extra mile for your clientele! By the time I had arrived at Greenway Ford (after my vehicle had a jump start) my battery was there and waiting, and the installation time was quick. The technician who installed my battery was prompt and courteous, and I was back on the road (and in business) in no time at all. I know that my own experience may seem exceptional, but it did happen, and it illustrates the length which the Greenway corporation is willing to go for their clients. Robert K. More
