I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in March 2026. I fully understand that it is a used vehicle, and I did not expect it to be in brand-new condition. However, during its first service appointme 2026. I fully understand that it is a used vehicle, and I did not expect it to be in brand-new condition. However, during its first service appointment at an authorized Acura dealership, significant suspension-related issues were identified. According to Acura’s Master Technician: 1. One of the struts is leaking oil, and the leak is clearly not recent. The component is covered with dirt and grime that has accumulated over time, indicating that the failure existed long before the vehicle was sold to me. The technician estimates that the leak has likely been present for at least six months to a year. 2. A suspension bushing is completely torn and deteriorated. According to the technician’s assessment, this level of damage could not have developed within the three months since I purchased the vehicle. It is consistent with wear and deterioration that existed prior to the sale. In addition, I later discovered documentation related to previous repairs and vehicle conditions that were never disclosed or explained to me during the purchase process. My primary concern is not that the vehicle is used. My concern is that significant suspension and safety-related issues appear to have existed before the sale and were not disclosed. Buyers deserve complete and transparent information about the actual condition of the vehicles they are purchasing, especially when it involves components that directly affect safety, ride quality, and vehicle handling. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on what occurred, I cannot recommend this dealership. I believe honesty, transparency, and full disclosure of known vehicle conditions are essential to maintaining customer trust and conducting business fairly. Sin embargo, durante el primer servicio de mantenimiento realizado en un concesionario Acura autorizado, se identificaron problemas mecánicos significativos relacionados con la suspensión del vehículo. Según el técnico maestro de Acura: 1. Uno de los struts presenta una fuga de aceite que no es reciente. El componente está cubierto de suciedad acumulada adherida al aceite, lo que indica que la falla existía desde mucho antes de la compra. El técnico estima que la fuga ha estado presente durante aproximadamente seis meses a un año. 2. Un bushing de la suspensión se encuentra completamente roto. My first purchase of a financed car was in this deceptive dealership. I don't speak English so choose a Hispanic salesman who said price quoted for a Toyota Yaris 2018 was $9,400 but the amount I was actuall dealership. I don't speak English so choose a Hispanic salesman who said price quoted for a Toyota Yaris 2018 was $9,400 but the amount I was actually been billed is $12,466.00, this is in addition to the $4,000 down payment I paid in cash (I frankly thought that the called "downpayment" was part of payment in advance, so the remaining to be financed was $5,400, my ignorance was extreme). After conversation with the salesman and 4 hours waiting for nothing, the manager took me to his office, he didn't speak Spanish so the rest of the process was in English, I trusted the Hispanic salesman but everything he explained to me was verbally and never gave me a paper to see the numbers, so when the manager told me "sign here, here, ... and here" on the tablet I thought I was signing the same things the salesman told me. This manager added several amounts as the plate, the registration, a maintenance plan contract for three years, everything was included in the loan. Without my knowledge the manager had me sign the agreement with a third part for a car maintenance plan by leading me to believe it was already part of the price but he lied and also included it being financed as part of the loan. At no point I was provided with a written draft or pre-contract on paper to read and review before signing on the tablet. Even after I signed everything, the manager gave me just a USB drive; consequently, I was unable to read the documents even at the very end of the process. The process that day was extremely lengthy from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM—and fraught with various obstacles. These included the blocking of my debit card access due to five attempted transfers—each for $897.83—initiated by the manager at the time which wasn't justified, given that the down payment was $4,000; furthermore, this incident forced me to visit a bank branch in person escorted for an employee to withdraw the necessary cash. The purchasing process at Greenway Hyundai Orlando was entirely lacked transparency, and I really regret this purchase every day. In addition, the salesperson told me that the first payment would be on May 30, but the financial company notified me the first payment was due on April 30 which affected severely my monthly budget. I called them many times and never had a response. On April 10 I sent them a letter explaining my disagreement and claiming a refund of the downpayment and I wanted to return the car. Obviously they refused, instead they offered me a full refund of the maintenance plan with Power Protect and send the amount to the car lender, I accepted but they did nothing during a whole month until yesterday May 06. They just notified me that the refund will be processed in 6-8 weeks, meanwhile the lender continues applying interests to the whole amount. On top of that, the same week after the purchase, the car insurance company notified me stating that the vehicle requires a tire rotation—since the last one was due on October 23, 2025; also the car started to make many strange noises and jumps when driving, the break pedal make sounds when stopping and start to drive, the screen unexpectedly turns off and I can't see the rear camera when I drive in reverse which is a real risk to me and other people, The check engine light is "on" and I really start to feel unsafe driving this car. That means they sold me a car out of update maintenance, who knows its real condition. Supposedly this dealership is a big serious company that sells certified cars, so how is possible that the car starts to fail in less than a month after purchased? For them this is an insignificant case but for me, a senior widow that survive paycheck to paycheck this is a nightmare, all because I had the bad luck with a dishonest manager. I'm looking for counseling and will try to escalate to other instances of the company, also TV and media should know their bad practices and people avoid them. More

Me and my vehicle are always well taken care of by the staff. But my go to team Devon, Audrey always go above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer.
