Still a dealership, but with a great staff. The staff was friendly and courteous, but the "discounted pricing" was misleading. All the dealerships seem to do it, but it doesn't make it any more The staff was friendly and courteous, but the "discounted pricing" was misleading. All the dealerships seem to do it, but it doesn't make it any more likable. They offer discounts on the pricing, but the purchaser has to qualify for them. So the reality is that you will most likely only receive a portion of the discount, not what you see on the sticker. Hyundai has a great warranty, but their 3yr/36k mile warranty on electronics is never disclosed until you get into the financing department....right around the time they try to sell the extended warranty. I think it should be on the sticker with all of the other warranty information. A few days after I made a purchase, I received an E mail from the GM offering me "employee pricing". I did my negotiations at the time, but after getting the E mail I felt like I didn't do a very good job at it, and I should have waited a few more days to get a better deal. I will say, the staff and salespeople were great and made the visit a pleasant experience. I just didn't like the "smoke and mirrors" routine with the few things I mentioned, but that seems to be the norm for most dealerships. More
