Do not remember not available The only comment is that when I came to pick up my vehicle there was one other customer in front of me at the payment window and one cashier. There wa The only comment is that when I came to pick up my vehicle there was one other customer in front of me at the payment window and one cashier. There was a very long and personal conversation going on between an employee and the customer the wait time was at least 10 to 15 minutes which I felt was way too long there was a gentleman at the service desk that tried to get someone else to assist me, but it took a couple attempts before a second person came to the window. The disappointing part was that the employee talkie to the customer in front of me made no attempt to recognize that fact that I was waiting a longer than usual time to check out and made no attempt to expedite the situation. She was more concerned with the customer in front of me because he was a repeat customer and had purchased several vehicles from this establishment. Hi, I would like to get to the point and tell you I heard about my salesman and my finance guy from my family! My family was very excited about me getting a new car and so was I! I really think that the two about my salesman and my finance guy from my family! My family was very excited about me getting a new car and so was I! I really think that the two people I worked with is very exceptional! Cliff was so nice and wanted me to experience the whole field of choices but I didn't want to and he accepted my wishes. I only wanted my Sonata!!! As of your finance guy Patrick, I told him not to try to sell me the service agreement because I would not purchase something so out rated that don't talk to me about it! I would like you to know that I now have a service agreement because HE IS GOOD ! So in all I love my experience and thank you to the whole chain of Hyundai! I LOVE MY CAR!!!!!!! More
