Catherine Douglas was honest throughout the sales process. We started off by taking a test drive of the vehicle while she ran down the list of features. I was very impressed by Catherine after the point of sales. She stayed nearby until I was driving off in the vehicle and that really meant a lot to me in terms of customer service. I am trying to buy a $35,000 Azera and after test driving the car which I had to push the sales person because he was busy, the manager told me to go online to the website and build my car and I will get my the car which I had to push the sales person because he was busy, the manager told me to go online to the website and build my car and I will get my price. He pulled it up on the office computer but could not print it out. He never even bothered to write it down for me, so I gave no clue what the price would be. It was the worst experience and I had just come from the Kia dealership across the street comparing cars and they were wonderful. More
