We came in looking for a new car, but ended up with a used one of great quality and low mileage. A deal we couldn't pass up. He was helping another customer and turned us over to another sales person who was very helpful until Oliver was available to finish the transaction. Even though we had to wait for paperwork to be done, it was never as long as predicted. We were able to drive our new car away that afternoon. Since it had the smell of tobacco and lacking an extra key, your service department took care of it a few days later. Hope we don't need to spend a lot of time with them, but was impressed with their care and keeping us informed of their progress and completion. More
